    Training an Accepted Necessity
The importance of training on to days world is obvious and from the employers' side is respected as the main way of giving the required information to the employees to provide them the required skills and instructions to do their jobs and responsibilities. Since having the required skills and technical knowledge is a must for most jobs and responsibilities, the employees are also interested to gain the knowledge and built up skills for their jobs.

    Safety Trainings need Serious Attention
Mostly efforts to gain knowledge and skills to do jobs and responsibilities safe and healthy by employees and also monitoring employees for safe behavior by their supervisors is not of first priority compared to technical knowledge and skills. This, in the workplace leads to unsafe acts and unsafe conditions. According to research findings most of accidents in the workplaces are route caused to unsafe acts and unsafe conditions too.
Accidents impose direct and indirect costs to the employers and put employees in physical pain and provide their families mental concerns. Certainly offering safety training and enhancing knowledge of employees will protect both employers and employees from accidents consequences.
